Rustic Mornings by Isabelo

There isn't a better way to end a 24-hour duty than a hearty and wholesome breakfast!

My friend C and I decided to take a 24-hour duty in a newly opened hospital. We received our professional fees the next morning and decided to spend a fraction of it for a semi-fancy breakfast. My friend C has always wanted to try this garden restaurant in Marikina. The place is called Rustic Mornings and we have heard numerous raves about it.

The place was beautiful.

When we got in, I was having a bucolic vibe. It felt like being in a rural area or maybe in Tagaytay or anywhere far from the city.

A panoramic view of the area
Totally in love with their decors!

I love how colorful the place was without being too loud and still have that calming feel to it.
I like that thingy decor on the ceiling! Can someone tell me what it's called? Makeshift chandelier? Pine nut and lamp extravaganza? Please! Englighten me!

Can still smell the fresh air just by looking at the photo

We ordered Portobello and Arugula Omelette (P240) for our protein fix. We were also craving for something sweet and decided to try their Crispy Waffle Half and Half - Plain and Churros (P215) which we later found out was actually thicker than life!

I am not really a fan of this Portobello and Arugula omelette but
will definitely recommend this for mushroom lovers.

Bacon bar, I can't even!

It definitely was a pleasant experience for me and my friend especially after our Emergency Room duty.
I will definitely bring more people to this haven. This is a great way to escape the city life and we all know we deserve some time away from all that stress and pollution. If you are into cozy-chill ambiance and is a fan of garden al fresco dining alike, then Rustic Mornings is the perfect spot for you.

That's it for now! Hope to hear from you and your restaurant recommendations too!
